    What are our office hours?

    Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

    When should I put my garbage out?

    All garbage is to be put out by 6 am on day of pick up.

    What if I forget to put my garbage out?

    If you happen to forget to put your garbage out give us a call and we can schedule to take double your amount the next week at no extra charge.

    What if the weather is bad?

    In the event of bad weather please check our schedule page on the website or give us a call to find out if we are on delay or are cancelling for the day. We will have the website updated by 6 am with an initial decision for the day.

    Why do I have to put a sticker on my can?

    The purpose of the sticker is so our drivers are able to identify you as a customer and to identify your rate of how many cans you put out each week.

    What if I misplace or lose my sticker?

    If you happen to misplace your sticker or it falls off your can you can just give us a call and we will mail you a new sticker for no extra charge.

    When will my container be delivered?

    We are not able to give an exact time for delivery on the delivery day. You can request a range of time for the delivery and we are able to call you and give notice when we are on our way to deliver the container.

    How long can I keep my container?

    It depends on the season you have the container delivered. During our busy season, which is approximately April - August, containers can be kept for 2 weeks. During our off season, which is approximately September - March, containers, can be kept up to 2 months.

    How do I schedule a bulk pick-up?

    To schedule a bulk pick up please gather your items to be picked up into one pile outside of the house and give us a call. We will come to give you a free estimate and to set up a date to haul away the trash.

    When will I get my bill?

    Our billing period is bi-monthly. So you will get a bill every other month. That bill will be for the month passing and the month of the billing period.
